Personal, Social and Health Education

PSHE (including RHSE)

The staff and governors at Cranham school want our children to grow into compassionate and courageous people, who play a positive role in all the communities they are part of. We want them to embody our core values both now, and in their adult lives. The PSHE curriculum has been carefully crafted to ensure children develop their social capital. We want PSHE lessons to be significant and memorable. They should provide knowledge, opportunities to think, discuss and reflect and a time to ask questions in a safe and nurturing environment.

Our Relationship, Sex and Health Education (RSHE) syllabus forms a key part of our PSHE curriculum, and we want to work closely with families on this important aspect.

Responding to the impact of the Pandemic

As part of our response to the Covid 19 pandemic and the closure of schools, we are implementing a Social and Emotional skills programme at Cranham. Please find details of the skills here.
